Keywest Resources was established in April 2007 by James Holzherr and his business partner Sunny Sidhu. James has over 7 years recruitment experience and Sunny has an excellent academic business background. Together they formed Keywest Resources with a mission to be the best most cost effective recruitment provider in the Thames Valley area. A year down they line they could not have wished for a better reputation, with an impressive client base and a loyal team of temporary staff who are reliable, loyal, confident and approachable.
The culture of our business is to encourage our temporary staff to treat our clients as if they were a permanent employer. We strive to retain our staff by offering them regular work, holiday pay, uniform, PPE and temp of the month incentives, this gives us the confidence that our temp intigration with our clients will be seamless. Where possible we endevour to send the same staff to the same companies time an time again, this avoids the need for our clients to re-induct new staff and this also enables our staff to build strong relations with our clients and their employees.
Our 24 hour on call facility means our clients can feel confident that should an emergancy arise Keywest will be their to assist them with staff 7 days a week 365 days a year.
