Every Driving Consultant Employed by Keywest Resources have worked as drivers themselves for at least 2 years before running the desk. We believe that this gives each Consultant an important insight into how the driving industry operates and can help when sourcing reliable, honest and efficient drivers.
All our drivers under-go a thorough face-to-face interview, we then challenge each driver with map reading tests, manual handling training and tachograph tests. If from the results drivers can show a good knowledge of driving we then reference them and make our final decision. This ensures that all drivers supplied by Keywest Resources are able to complete their work in good time and to excellent standards. We also send out random quality assessment forms to our clients to get feedback on the quality of the drivers we have supplied and what area's need improvement.
